As a sports fan, I really enjoy winning, but I also enjoy a great competition in which the parties rise above themselves. With inspiring actions and teamwork, the winner will provide the audience with an unforgettable moment. Moreover, everyone learns something in a competition that makes you better as an individual and as a team. I would like to extend that image to companies that want to improve their performance. Getting points is fun, but value that lasts and leads to sustainable growth can only be created if customers, employees and society benefit from it. Organizational development is a balancing act between results now and growth in the longer term. As a young business economist in the banking sector, I first gained 10 years of experience as a commercial manager and manager. The step towards organizational improvement I have been making this since 2011, when my first contact with Lean changed my way of looking at it business operations changed forever. I have held various staff and line positions Since then, we have built up experience with customer excellence, strategy and change processes and all kinds of working methods such as scrum, agile and self-management. The combination of practical experience and strong analytical skills makes me focus on both devising and implementing change. It helps that my enthusiasm allows me to take others on a new path.
