I am a global R&D Director with over 15 years of experience in leading and managing product development and program management of complex SaaS products and projects. I have a proven track record in securing new clients and augmenting company profits, as well as partnering with leadership stakeholders and cross-functional teams to offer tailored solutions and optimize growth. Currently, I am the Digital Software Engineering Line Manager at Amdocs Optima, where I oversee a team of over 150 developers, architects, and software development managers located in multiple locations. I am responsible for implementing and constantly improving the organization's agile safe development methodologies, utilizing DevOps, design lead thinking, and microservices architecture. I also develop an exceptional and intelligent UI based on React and Redux technology, utilizing UX best practices and design lead thinking methodologies.
