About Gil King-Bailey

No matter what industry or organization I am in, there are consistent things I love to do in my career: 1. Ask hard questions to try to understand the roots of difficult problems. Finding the answers to these questions is fun for me. Solving the problem puts that toothy smile on my face. Collaborate. Different perspectives and opinions help the conversation. We don’t all see the world the same way and engaging in thoughtful, deep exchange can help us achieve our goals faster and with a greater payoff. Work towards a goal that has the potential to lead to change for the better. Sometimes these goals are small and sometimes enormous. I want to conquer the big goals, but I realize sometimes that means starting small. Teach myself new skills and learn from great mentors. I will always love learning, but I do not need school for that. I apply that skill of continuous improvement to exceeding expectations, breaking barriers, and making connections. There are no doubt more numbers to add on here, but I try not to be a wordy person. I am seeking a role with a passionate, dynamic company and team. I work hard, have big dreams, and live to seed change. I also cannot fail to mention that in order to be my best self I need a hybrid, flexible, or remote role with opportunities for professional development and advancement. I am a human being and need work-life balance, but I will give you my whole brain and being when on the job.
