Thank you for visiting my profile. I'm Gil Kuta, Senior Vice President of Investments at Capitol Securities, a privately owned full service retail brokerage group founded in 1981 and headquartered in Richmond, Virginia. I provide investment and retirement planning advice to retail customers to help them realize their retirement dreams. I joined Capitol Securities in 2009. Prior to my current role, I was Senior Vice President of Investments at Ferris Baker Watts. I actually started my investment career in 1983 with Merrill Lynch. Throughout my career at I have worked individual investors to help plan and implement their retirement objectives. I have been broadcasting on the radio in the Baltimore/ Washington area for 27 years. My show "On the Money" currently airs on CBS radio 105.7 FM Monday evenings from 6-7pm. With this experience I am able to guide retirees through the road map of retirement decisions and choices. I've been in the business of helping people with their investments for 29 years. My style combines extensive questioning and fact finding to find client objectives and form into a tailored strategy that can be updated as changes take place. I blend my investment experience with professional resources to help satisfy client objectives with personalized service. With baby boomers retiring each day and a multitude of uncertainties in the world and the markets, I have developed a conservative approach that helps clients feel more secure with their investment plan. My strategy is to take part in growth and income while trying to limit the potential downside.
