About Gil Leron

I’m a Head of Art specializing in narrative-driven worlds and large-scale production. I build teams that understand visuals as gameplay, storytelling, and strategy. As the visual lead behind the company’s most successful title (40M+ MAU), I defined its entire artistic identity — from early concept and character design to the fully realized world and brand language that drive its ongoing success. Over the past five years, I’ve built and led a 50-person art department, shaping the creative vision, pipelines, and team culture that enable large-scale production to remain both efficient and inspired. I’m passionate about connecting art direction with storytelling — guiding teams to craft visuals that are rooted in player experience and emotional intent. For our flagship title, this meant designing an experience that was both imaginative and reassuring for younger players. The visual language I created for the title evolved into the core of its expanding brand identity, maintaining consistency and clarity of vision as the IP grows beyond the game.
