About Gilad Sivan

With eight years of experience leading cross-functional teams in biotech and pharma, I specialize in integrating input from Clinical Development, Regulatory, Research, Commercial, CMC, and Governance to drive strategic plans that accelerate regulatory approvals and product launches—while minimizing risk. My scientific foundation as a Ph.D. in Cell Biology, combined with virology research at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), equips me with the analytical skills to leverage data effectively, guiding programs with a strong scientific and strategic approach. Throughout my career, I have contributed to drug development across multiple therapeutic areas, including: Small Molecule, Oncology – Supporting programs pre- and post-IND for signal transduction inhibitors (Eli Lilly) Biologics & Immuno-Oncology – Advancing bispecific T-cell engagers and ADCs in Phases 1–3 (MacroGenics) Vaccines – Leading development for COVID-19 and Influenza vaccines, including Phase 2/3 trials and regulatory filings (Moderna, Novavax) Rare Diseases & Autoimmune – Driving clinical development strategies in emerging therapeutic areas, Protocol development and target populations.
