About Gilang Endrian

I am a passionate management graduate from Mercu Buana University with a strong interest in human resources and a commitment to developing meaningful careers for others. My experience spans multiple industries, including telecommunications and business development, where I have honed my skills in customer service, project support, and team collaboration. During my time at PT Indosat as a Customer Service Specialist, I helped clients resolve issues, answer inquiries, and transition accounts with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience. My internship with PT XD Sakti Indonesia provided valuable insight into business development, where I supported proposal preparation and customer communications for project tenders. I also gained international experience as a student exchange participant at Universiti Sains Malaysia. There, I broadened my HR knowledge through hands-on learning in payroll processing, business development simulations, and strategic marketing for small businesses. This experience, coupled with my certification as a Human Resources Staff, has equipped me with a solid foundation in HR principles and cross-cultural communication. I am now seeking opportunities to further apply my skills in human resources and contribute to organizational growth through effective people management and strategic HR practices. Open to roles in HR and related fields, I am ready to bring my diverse experiences and dedication to support a team-oriented, forward-thinking organization.
