I transformed my department to lead nearly every category in the Northern California District. Maintained position of Top Dealer in Northern California for Volume of parts sales and Gross. I brought Parts Sales into the top 10% in the nation. Kept Non-Moving Inventory down to under 7% which is Harley views as top 10% in the nation. Maintained an average Inventory Turn rate of 4.5. Led district with a GMROI average of 220%. Maintained a CSI average of 9.8. Daily duties included directing my staff of 9 Parts Countermen. I oversaw Warranty Claim Submission and Acceptance. Worked with New Bike Customers and Sales Staff in designing and customizing their purchase. Maintained customer relationships. Managed wholesale accounts and orders. Performed Inventory Cycle Counts. I was in charge of training All Departments on Harley-Davidson University and store training on new products including New Motorcycles. I also took primary role as marketing manager. I designed and managed Dealership Events which included, New Bike Workshops, Ladies Nights, New Rider Clinics and Holiday/Fundraiser events. Kept store in parralel to Harley-Davidson's Season Retail Intergration. I spent one year prior to becoming Manager as a Service Advisor in which i led the department in CSI, Volume and Grossed an average of more on repair orders per month then the other two Service advisors Combined. I would still assist in Service Advising through out my time as Parts manager.
