From a young age, I've always been excited by numbers. Today, I am an Administrator who still likes getting to grips with numbers and complex data to solve problems and support business success. With over 9 years of experience with a service firm, I built a reputation for enhancing the overall performance of the company. I supported a team of over 70 high-performing staff members and expertly presided over the operations of 17 branches within Nairobi. I continuously identified business operations that could be improved to increase efficiency and strengthen the overall business processes. My key successes during my time in the role include: • Conducted workload assessments for staff under the department and devised new operational processes that led to over 50% increase in productivity within a period of 3 years. • Enhanced the efficiency of processing sales data using data analytics tools, into an easy-to-follow manner for Senior Management, which eliminated the need for an additional 3 staff members. • Delivered training to more than 100 staff members on a new ticketing system. In my current role as a Finance & Admin Assistant, I contribute to the efficient and accountable financial management, and support the implementation of internal financial controls to facilitate accurate and timely financial reporting.
