Served as an Operations Sergeant/Manager leading multiple teams developing policies, procedures, orders, and resources to enable unit cohesion, which created a healthy working environment and success within the organization. Trained and mentored leadership in all levels with after action reviews providing feedback with what they needed to sustain and improve within their organization to achieve a higher level of success. I recruited for over seven years working within communities, schools, and VIP's leading to be a top Recruiter for the state of Minnesota. I have led very successful teams and a firm believer in taking care of others and yourself.
