About Gilbert Silvius

Inspire and Innovate! That's what drives me. Both as an academic and as a consultant, combining research, education, training, development and practice. My keywords: project management; sustainability; value; change; information management; IT governance. We need to change, we need to innovate. Change towards a sustainable society with sustainable businesses. I'm not idealistic about 'green', but I can see that we are running into a brick wall. We need to change our products, services, processes, resources, behavior and values. And projects are effective instruments for realizing change. So shouldn't project managers learn about sustainability? I definitely think so.
