I am an accomplished manager and directly coordinate maintenance tasks and training instruction for over for approximately 150 students on F-15SA Egress systems and Aircraft safety. I have worked in the aviation and aerospace industry for over 27 years. I am skilled in Microsoft office suite, Customer Service, Critical Thinking, conflict resolution, Quality maintenance and Leadership. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Brandman University. I've continually worked with PKL services and Royal Saudi Airforce (RSAF)for 5 years as an Egress Systems Instructor maintaining proficiency as well as RED X accreditation and explosive transport Flight line driving a certification. • Perform On-the-Job Training (OJT), administer Career Development Courses, and instruct Field Training Detachment courses to upgrade technicians' levels in the RSAF. With courses ranging from 3, 5 and 7 skill level. • Conduct upgrade training through hands-on demonstration and repair for core and work center tasks in the CFETP/STS. • Develop and maintain a Plan of Instruction covering practical concepts and "real-world" experience related to the Aircrew Egress System and the F-15SA weapon system. • Maintain Zero-failure rate Quality and 100% readiness on F-15SA Ejection systems and maintaining Quality Verification inspections on all required Isochronal and Time Change inspections • Instruct Saudi Arabian nationals on maintenance principles and Aerospace Safety regarding the Aircrew Egress System and F-15SA Aircraft safety in an austere environment with language barriers, varying skill levels, and limited equipment. • Provide subject matter expertise to advise on and solve installation, maintenance, and repair issues within the operational Royal Saudi Air Force and central training centers. • Created and Instructed over 200 Egress Familiarization courses and taught over 500 students Egress component safety on Aircraft and around the Flight Line. • Maintain egress systems, including ejection seats, canopies, hatches, and modules, explosive components, electro-explosive devices, subsystems, and support equipment for the F-15SA weapon system, and modules; explosive components; electro-explosive devices; subsystems; and related support equipment for the F-15 Saudi Advanced (F-15SA) weapon system.
