Senior Project Manager, Corporate Trainer, Retail Banking Relationship Manager, Technical implementations professional and card systems Senior Business Consultant and Subject Matter Expert with vast experiences in the Banking industry both domestically and in over 35 countries. I have worked on the business side of credit card processing, being responsible for project management, requirements gathering, gap analysis, writing functional specifications, full system training, system setup and testing as well as conversions. I have also spearheaded the development of training materials and diverse delivery methods ranging from standard classroom to video and internet applications. I have an expert knowledge of three languages, and a working knowledge of three additional, and have lived on three, and worked on five of the worlds seven continents. Suffice to say that my global travels have afforded me a unique perspective and insight into how business gets done worldwide, with a familiarization and high comfort level working in all cultural environments.
