About Gilberto Roman

For more than 3 years I have been Co-Founder and Executive Director of our New Product Development Start-Up PHILON. I am excellent at analyzing and solving the problems I face to continue advancing and reaching my goals. I am passionate about planning and a faithful believer in teamwork and in recognition of merit as the best strategy to lead multidisciplinary teams. Under my management at PHILON we have developed two 100% functional Hardware products that have been successfully patented at the United States Patent Office. I am passionate about the challenge of turning simple ideas and dreams into real and useful products for our users and it has been my best professional experience. I am also the Creator and Director of Nifty Way Galaxy, the most successful NFT (Non-Fungible Token) project in Venezuela and Latin America. Under my vision, we managed to sell more than NFTs and raise more than in less than 24 hours, consolidating a community of more than 2,300 members who are part of the only club in our country that offers exclusive discounts on multiple products and services. All these experiences have led me to perfect my knowledge in planning, SCRUM methodology, leadership, management, project management, business model development, marketing strategies, UI/UX design, WEB 2.0 and WEB 3.0 development, intellectual property. In the same way, my qualities for public relations, oratory, development in front of the media and previous experiences in youth politics have reinforced my performance in the professional and business field.
