Engineering activities performed in Romania and Italy offices have assumed the following-Calculation of Power Cable cross section and sizing of Power Transf. using SmartPlant Electrical Program-Developing and updating of Electrical Load List required for sizing of transformers, switchgears and UPS's-Design of the substations layout-Design and calculation for lighting system-Layouts for new equipments-Earthing layouts and mounting details-Lighting layout and mounting details-Cable routing layout-Single Line Diagram-Protection and metering diagram for MV & LV Switchgears-Load Summary-Bill of Quantities/Materials-Data Sheet, Specification for UPS, LV/MV Switchgear, Power Transformer, Power Cable. On site for the following Projects: KCC -Saudi Arabia(1 year and half), Qafco 5 & 6 - Qatar( 2 years), Enna - Sicily/Italy(3 months). Rabigh2 -Saudi Arabia( 2 years), Jazan Pkg2 -Saudi Arabia ( in present ), I had performed-Vendors assistance for LV/MV Switchgear and UPS Panels during installation and testing-Issue of FDN’s( Field Design Notice), Site Instruction for solving the engineering problems occurs during the construction activity-Monitoring of electrical materials during construction work-Issue of Purchase Requisition and Technical Bid Evaluation for additional materials-Update of master documents as per site modifications-Follow and solving the Electrical Punch Items-Cost Estimation for additional electrical works -Coordination with electrical supervisors for achieving substation energization, motors solo run and breakers functional test-Survey, engineering and implementation of additional lights required for improving the illumination level after lux illumination test-Check and approval of electrical AS BUILT drawings-Preparing of Commissioning Packages for all Electrical Equipments-Site supervision for installation of Heat Tracing System, Earthing System, Lighting System and Cathodic Protection System
