I hold a Diploma in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Temasek Polytechnic, majoring in Travel & Tourism with a minor in MICE & Events. As a Project Coordinator at I*Promo Pte Ltd during my internship, I applied my knowledge & technical skills to successfully plan & execute corporate events. My real-world experiences in the Food & Beverage sector, gained through part-time roles at various restaurants, have honed my customer service skills. Currently, I serve as a Guest Relations Officer at Jet Quay Pte Ltd, actively contributing to airport operations by providing premier services to travelers. Throughout my degree studies, I aim to gain valuable insights & skills to become a proficient aviation professional.
