How to concile development and optimization of the economic performance of your activity(ies)? By my actions in your company from the strategic thinking phase to the implementation of concrete action plans, I support players in the industrial and service sectors to build their strategic plan, manage their transformation and development (internal and/or external) and their profitable growth in France and abroad. I offer more than 30 years of management experience within large international industrial groups, within which I managed International Divisions (multi-sites, multi-technologies) composed of multi-business and multi-cultural teams, carried out development missions, managed strategic projects (transformation and reorganization of services/functions), streamlined production and optimized P&L, launched numerous new products in production and opened new factories. In addition, during previous missions, I also managed the integration of several activities and I therefore fully appreciate the complexity linked to the integration of external organizations within an entity.
