My academic background includes a bachelor's degree in Administration and a diploma in Project Management, which has enabled me to develop strong skills in team coordination and achieving set objectives.I started my career in sales and marketing in the fast-moving consumer goods industry, where I held key roles such as Key Account Manager and Trade Marketing Specialist. Later, I expanded my focus to Workforce Management, Regional Business JR Evolution Consultant and Technical Account Manager in the BPO sector, where I've been responsible for leading teams and coordinating projects to optimize productivity and ensure the success of the services provided.Throughout my career, I've accomplished significant achievements, such as developing a KPI management plan for a BPO company, successfully leading projects in personnel management, and contributing to the creation of a Professional Counseling Manual. My ethical and professional approach has allowed me to effectively lead teams, maintaining high operational standards and providing detailed reports to clients' top management.I'm known for being proactive, organized, and results-oriented.
