About Giles Brown

I work with an awesome team at Teem and keeping them inspired and motivated is my mission. I engage in training and coaching events with team members at all levels (from onboarding to senior directors), ensuring best practice methodologies are implemented to win as often as possible. We don't like excuses or surprises in our recruitment cycles -) Progression is important to us at Teem and making sure people do things they both enjoy and find meaningful is my other challenge. Implementing clear career goals based on actionable results not only motivates but also gives testament to our great retention. Standing still isn't really possible at Teem - but we only make changes to improve and be better at what we do (rather than for the sake of change). This is why it's an inspiring place to work. Outside of work? Spending as much time as possible with my amazing daughter and any spare time left over I love to ski (and occasionally instruct), climb and chill out paddle boarding.
