About Gilles Perrin

A bi-lingual professional, with an MBA postgraduate from a French Business School and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, with over 7 years of experience in the banking industry managing projects for the international core banking system and diverse internal platforms. I began my international career at a major European blue chip bank in and took over several overseas roles in the Middle East and the Caribbean up to Project Management position. With that former experience I gained special expertise within banking and financial sector. In 2011, I changed industry and focused on Executive Search assignment and Talent Management solutions (Mid- Senior- C- level Executive Search, Talent Acquisition, Sourcing of candidates), using my knowledge and experience gathered throughout my career. I completed many international assignments in EMEA, ASPAC and Americas. In 2016, after a year working as a contractor for Executive Search assignments, I took the opportunity to shift into the Oil & Gas industry. Being able to use my full range of experience and knowledge, I helped to successfully setup and operate the Shorebase for a major international blue chip O&G company. Distinctive blend of experience and knowledge (Finance and Accounting, HR, IT, Sales and Marketing, Operations and Administration) that gives a global acute understanding of a business organisation. Significant technical background in Communications and IT technologies with a focus on banking and finance. Broad knowledge in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Processes, Construction and Civil Engineering, with a growing proficiency in O&G upstream and logistics.
