Now, I serve as Operations Manager at HiddenGem Media, where I oversee a powerhouse team that’s redefining what success looks like in the vacation rental industry. We implement full-funnel digital marketing systems that blend analytics, automation, and creative storytelling to drive direct bookings, build lasting brand value, and help clients break free from over-reliance on OTAs.
