With over seven years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, I am a skilled and experienced talent acquisition partner with a CIPD diploma and expertise in EMEA and APAC regions. Currently, I work as a Global Talent Acquisition Partner at Chapman Freeborn Airchartering, where I am responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for the world's leading air charter company. Prior to that, I was the Talent Acquisition Lead EMEA at Plaza Premium Group, where I managed the end-to-end recruitment process for all EMEA roles, including senior management and executive positions. Before joining Plaza Premium Group, I worked at Udemy for over 3+ years, progressing from an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner to a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. During my time at Udemy, I supported the rapid growth of the company's EMEA and APAC teams, hiring over 200 employees across various functions and levels, and contributing to the company's mission of improving lives through learning. I have strong skills in social networking, relationship management, and communication, as well as a passion for finding and connecting with diverse and talented candidates.
