An experienced and passionate professional in both development and emergency response. I am a strategic thinker, results-driven and a natural leader. I have extensive program management experience in thematic areas such as HIV/AIDS, Gender, Nutrition, Shelter/NFI, Protection, SRH, and WASH. I have key skills in staff and budget management, strategy development, proposal writing, security, rapid assessments, partner collaboration and organisational representation. With 10 years of experience, I have worked with both large and small INGOs taking on increasing management responsibilities across many countries. Former colleagues and managers would say I am a hard-working, adaptable, forward thinking individual with highly developed organisational and leadership skills. I truly love what I do and this is demonstrated by my work ethic, my commitment and my personal desire to go above and beyond. When I am working for an organisation I give 110% and strive to make a positive contribution both internally and externally.
