Key Responsibilities: Cloud Product Management: Lead localization, competitive analysis, and pricing strategy for endpoint management services in the Japanese market. IT & Security Operations: Manage IT operations and compliance in the Japan office; introduced remote IT support to improve efficiency and reduce downtime risk. Cross-border Communication & System Integration: Act as the bridge between the Japan office and HQ; drive unification of HR, accounting, and operational systems; lead integration of Salesforce, HubSpot, trial flows, and customer notification emails; automated ARR reporting. Agency Support: Support major resellers with contract renewals, compliance, and API technical requirements to ensure service stability.
