I am a cross-cultural, justice-centered educator/facilitator with over a decade of experience leading transformative programs that support systemic equity, values-based goals, and collective impact. My work bridges community-based partnerships, antiracist pedagogy, and experiential learning to help students, educators, and organizations deepen their purpose, align around shared vision, and drive social change. With a background in service-learning, international education, facilitator training, research, and science, I specialize in building relationships across sectors, coordinating values-driven initiatives, and designing strategic learning environments that move from reflection to action. As a people-first systems thinker who takes great joy in breaking down complex ideas into digestible parts, my broad based background in facilitation, program development, justice education, and science helps me to analyze and connect on multiple levels.
