I am a Supervisor for our Capital Execution Project Management team with Oklahoma Natural Gas. This position allows me the opportunity to work with Residential & Commercial Builders, Developers, Engineers and Architects to determine and analyze their gas services/needs for their Developments and Commercial Projects. I have 25+ years of real estate experience including selling Real Estate. As a Mortgage Lender, I had experience as a Processor/Lender Closer, Post Closing, Wholesale Lending/Underwriting & Loan Originator. From there I moved to Title and had experience with processing & curing title requirements as well as closing real estate transactions. I moved into a Business Development Officer position specializing in Builder/Developer business. I have a bachelor's degree in business with emphasis on Real Estate Finance from the University of Central Oklahoma. I had my Title Insurance license for the State of Oklahoma until 2013. I obtained my PMP certification in December 2020. I have served as a member and have chaired several committees for the Central Oklahoma Homebuilders Association since 1998, including the office of Chair for the Associates Council in 2010. I served on the COHBA Executive Committee twice & Board of Directors for COHBA since 2008, now serving as a Life Director. I have served on the Oklahoma State Homebuilders Board of Directors since 2008 and have served twice as State Associates Chair for the State Homebuilders Associates Council (2014 and 2022). I received the Honor of 2009 National Member of the Year from NAHB Professional Women in Building, COHBA Associate of the Year in 2010 and earned my Certified Green Professional designation in 2011. I was also honored by Stewart Title with the 2011 Stewart Circle of Excellence Gold Club Award. My Professional Goal is to continue to learn through education and to develop new business relationships with Builders, Developers and Engineers while continuing to grow partnerships with existing Builders, Developers and Engineers.
