I am a problem solver. I like to look at the bigger picture. In business, sometimes things go wrong and it’s how we put them right that matters. Give me issues and complaints and I am the one that goes back to the beginning, pulls everything apart, looks at how it impacts our business and customers and comes up with a solution.Anglia Freight is a family business specialising in moving large volumes of pallets around the UK and Internationally. Managing the Business & Network Operations Team and Night Yard Operations Team, we deliver excellent customer service through:• Onboarding – providing valuable non-operational support to all customers• Training – providing internal and external customer training on our systems• Account management – managing our customer accounts and communications • Process Improvement – identifying, analysing and improving upon business processes• Network, National and Local Deliveries - looking after consignments from the point of collection through to deliveryIt’s my job to remain impartial, working with customers to solve their problems and ease their frustrations. I like to turn a negative into a positive, making complex processes simple. My proudest moment? This has to be creating Anglia Freight’s customer onboarding programme. We developed it from scratch, our CRM system providing a single customer view, helping us turn good customer service into exceptional customer service. The programme continues to evolve and we now provide Best Practice Guides for deliveries into Amazon and Sainsburys.Knowing I’ve achieved something worthwhile makes my day. It’s the same out of work as part of my remit as a Parish Councillor in Debenham. As the Liaison Officer at the Debenham Sports & Leisure Centre, we work together to provide a better community for our young people. Being a working mum of four, I wanted to offer a different point of view. I love the area and wanted to give something back.
