About Gina Jackson

I’m a Senior Recruitment Consultant at EVONA, working with forward-thinking companies across the space industry to build teams that are ready for what’s next. With a real passion for this sector (and the people shaping it), I focus on creating hiring partnerships that feel collaborative, not transactional. My role is to understand what makes your team tick - and help you grow it with purpose, pace, and the right people. 🧩 Through EVONA’s PRO & LITE models, I support everything from one-off strategic hires to full-scale talent builds. We become part of your journey - managing the recruitment process end to end so your team can stay focused on the mission. I’m here to make hiring feel simpler, sharper, and more human - for both clients and candidates. If you're scaling, hiring, or just want a sounding board on how others in the industry are doing it, I'm always up for a conversation. Let’s connect.
