My fascination with the world around me and its interconnections enables me to understand problems from a holistic perspective. When presented with a challenge, I am driven by possibilities and the conviction they they can be overcome. I am goal-oriented and motivated by the opportunity to develop innovative and unique solutions through the use of knowledge and data to simultaneously promote the interest of the organization and needs of its people. I am most satisfied when I can see how the solution, whether it be a new process or program, that I was a part of creating fosters positive results for people whether it be the customers, employees, or other stakeholders. Throughout my career, I have been able to to use my passion for creating impactful, sustainable change to lead others and influence outcomes.
