Background

About Gina Soviero

During my sixteen year career with GEICO corporate I have learned that it is paramount to lead by example and be able to communicate any change to other stakeholders. In my positions it was vital for me to understand the mechanics of our company, everything from our profit and loss statements, handling both internal and external audits. I held positions where I was responsible for varying amounts of staff, large budgets and/or our corporate planning process. Working for a corporation like GEICO gave me the core knowledge necessary to run my own insurance agency. While I found agency ownership interesting, I have decided to return to corporate life. Throughout my career I have learned that you must treat your customer like gold, continue to learn, and always strive for excellence. In addition, accomplishing great things means being a great team player and focusing on getting the task completed to the best of my ability. I would like to take my skills and abilities and return to a corporate position where I can be solution oriented, create a positive customer/associate experience and improve "the bottom line" by using my strategic planning skills.
