My favorite phrase to share in sessions is this: Your best teacher will always be your last mistake. As long as you choose to learn and grow from it! Challenge is something I thrive on. I love to be challenged and to try new things. In turn, I strive to challenge others in a positive way that leads to growth. Over the last several years, I have successfully facilitated learning in a whole new way via the virtual world. Learners are engaged and we are meeting the learners where they are in a more effective way than ever before!
