About Ginalorie Dionida

As a Parking Control Officer (PCO) at the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA), I have been patrolling the streets and issuing citations for over 7 years. I am passionate about ensuring the safety and efficiency of the city's transportation system and providing excellent customer service to the public. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Arts from San Francisco State University and a certificate in UX/UI Design from UC Berkeley Extension, which enables me to create and improve user interfaces and user experiences for the SFMTA's digital platforms and applications. In addition to my PCO duties, I have extensive experience and skills in operations management, security operations, communications, and graphic design. I have previously worked as a security officer, a supervisor transportation security officer, and an operations manager for various organizations. I have also completed a bachelor's degree in industrial arts and a bachelor's degree in geological/geophysical engineering from San Francisco State University. I am proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and other software tools. I am looking for a leadership role within the SFMTA that will allow me to leverage my diverse talents and contribute to the organization's vision and goals.
