I, as a person, am a very hard working and conscientious worker. I put one hundred percent thought and effort into all challenges, tasks and projects that are given to me. I am outgoing, confident and I’m able to adapt to dynamic situations. I consider myself to remain calm and composed in stressful situations. My attitude and personality reflect in my work and social skills, which allows me to work as a member of a busy hard working team but I can also work well as an individual. I am always welcome to new challenges and I always work towards reaching targets and goals that have been set for me on a daily basis. I respect authority although I am constantly reviewing my working methods and using my initiative to suggest improvements in the workplace whether it be to motivate staff or to find better, more efficient ways to handle daily tasks
