Accountant (*), with international background, having started my career as fiscal auditor in PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young, that allowed me to work with Banks, Manufacturers, Insurance, Retailers and USA Oil companies operating in Venezuela. Besides Tax Auditor, Account Payable Specialist and Tax Compliance Supervisor, I have thrived participating or leading projects as Subject Matter Expert (SME), Business Analyst, Trainer & Team Leader. The projects I have mainly worked on were related to Business Process Improvement (including analysis & mapping of process & database ), ERPs implementation or Finance Systems & Tax modules customization, Documentation system creation, User Acceptance Test after ERP implementation (SAP, Peoplesoft), and as SME during the creation and operation of a Shared Service Division (Conoco+Petrolera Ameriven), specifically for the Finance/Tax Department. My solid business background, strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, avid curiosity, plus my capacity to navigate through ambiguity, had always allowed me to quickly seize "the big picture", helping to identify the people and business' needs, to then better assist in the definition of strategies, plans, and decisions to authentically embrace change. I have enjoyed using SCRUM-Agile, Waterfall, PMP, Lean, ITIL concepts, to name some frameworks, and my deep comprehension about the human side of the change, and my passion for sharing my understanding on how to overcome stress through transformative times motivated me to get the Prosci® Change Management Practitioner certification. I truly enjoy connecting with people, so I also thrived coaching & training all kind of stakeholders (from final users to successors leaders), ensuring knowledge transmission and creating key bonds among teams.
