Have an extensive background in leading the development of services and programs necessary to ensure the health and wellness of women across the age continuum. Led the trendsetting development of a comprehensive Women's Specialty Center. Services included traditional medical care delivered by a breast surgeon, uro-gynecologist, gynecological oncologist, and plastic surgeon, Complementary care included mental health counseling, body work by massage therapy, and a medical spa that offered skin care and rejuvenation, Botox, Fillers, and retail products. Additional strengths include midlevel inpatient leadership of departments serving women, infants and children. Responsible for strategic planning, financial management, and medical staff collaboration, regulatory compliance and healthcare facility planning and construction.
