About Ginger Couvrette

From understanding marketing to achieving the best deal for a seller's most important asset to negotiating the best value for a buyer, we utilize the newest techology with the proven traditional strategies to make your experience a grand success. Having had the pleasure of working with families in the San Diego area, I know how personal the home buying experience can be. It is a stressful, yet exciting time. As an active community member for 25 years and current PUSD School Board Trustee, I am fortunate to have built a network of connections to help new families integrate into the community. My father was in the Army which moved our family 8 times not only in the US but to Europe (twice). Understanding how moving affects the entire family, my goal is to ease the transition to the best of my ability. By listening to my clients and being proactive in the process, my objective is to anticipate any issues and jump through any hurdles to ensure a successful transaction and positive experience. I also love to connect the dots. If you are thinking about moving, I may already know someone who would be interested in your home. There are many families in Poway looking to "move up" or down-size. I am fortunate to work with growing families and empty nesters. We personally invest in income producing properties and have helpful information to help you analyze opportunities. With prices and interest rates still low, there are very attractive opportunities available. Having personal experience with investment property and dealing with Section 8 and other government programs, I am a resource for those with similar interests. We are quickly growing our property management division. We offer personal service and understand the importance of taking great care of your asset as well as choosing the right tenants!
