About Ginger Masters

With over two years of experience as a Care Coordinator, I provide quality care and support to older adults and people with disabilities at Area Agency On Aging & Disability and with Lifeline Connections I collaborated with Medicaid providers and services in both Oregon and Washington states, and assist in client/patient care goals and follow through. I have multiple certifications in adult mental health, nonviolent crisis intervention, and community health, which enable me to address the diverse needs and challenges of my clients. I have a strong academic background in sociology, anthropology, and psychology, which helps me understand and engage with diverse populations, including SUD, MH, veteran, and disabled clients. I also have experience in laboratory and clinical settings, where I developed my critical thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills. I am passionate about helping people in need and empowering them to live independently and with dignity. I am always eager to learn new skills and best practices to enhance my performance and contribute.
