About Ginger R.

As the Special Projects Manager, I am overseeing the building of a master's degree curriculum in packaging as well as exploring the many requirements for becoming accredited. The two goals are intricately intertwined, so the process is quite fascinating. As an instructor, I create courses and workbooks, give presentations, and occasionally provide voice-over to some lessons. As an Executive Assistant at The Packaging School, I support the founder and Chief Learning Officer with various projects, teaching responsibilities, office support, and some personal needs. I have over four years of experience in this role, with many more years of administrative experience. My core competencies include project management, research, writing, customer service, and producing high-quality workbooks, slide decks, and lectures. I am passionate about helping people get what they need, whether it is a document, a course, or a solution. I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges. I enjoy working independently and collaboratively, and I always strive to treat every customer and co-worker like a company executive.
