About Ginger R.

I spent my time at Cal Poly failing—and it was the best thing that ever happened to my career. At Cal Poly, I bounced between majors and struggled to find my "purpose" in a system built for certainty. I didn’t find my path in a textbook; I found it when I was given the room to experiment, fail, and rotate roles. The mentorship I received, and continue to receive, didn't just change my career—it changed my way of being.I hold a degree in Recreation, Parks, and Tourism, but I built my career in Sales, Marketing, and Coaching. My resume isn't a straight line; it’s a collection of pivots that turned me into a "jack-of-all-trades" who can bridge gaps and solve problems.I am a firm believer that coaching shouldn't be a luxury for the elite; it should be the floor, not the ceiling. I’m building a one-stop-shop mentorship hub to make high-level guidance accessible for small businesses and professionals of all walks of life.Strive to give more than you have, and soon you’ll have more than you can give. No industry secrets. No "paywalls" for basic guidance. Just radical transparency and an abundance mindset.Let's connect and explore way to make a difference together.
