My passion is to help people to achieve what is most important to them. To accomplish that, it is important to build real relationships with those that I am trying to help. In business, as in life, nothing really happens until a true relationship exists, and everything stems from that foundation. In the world of sales, there are both customers and clients. A customer is someone who uses whatever it is that you offer at the time that they need it, as long as what you are offering is the “cheapest” or “most convenient” at that moment. A client is different. A client is that person with whom you have a relationship with - the person who appreciates you and the value that you bring to the table.
