Negotiated freight rates, reconciled statements from freight forwarders and shipping companies. Produced procedures and management structures on shipping and warehousing processes. Directing, optimizing, and coordinating full order cycle Resolve any arising problems or complaints in between. Advised the required internal departments on options of duties and taxes savings, cost effective shipping options, documentation management. Responsible for Company’s Supply chain functions to make the procedures effective and efficient. Comply with laws and regulations.
