About Ginly Lim

Ginly has more than 15 years of work experience across aviation, hospitality, integrated resort and pharmaceutical industries. She has consistently demonstrated strong performance across all her current and past roles; SAFRA, Resort World Sentosa, Zuellig Pharma, The Quincy Hotel, Regency House at Far East Hospitality, guest service at Singapore Airport Terminal Services, Singapore Airlines and Silk Air. Notably, she has developed strong competencies in planning and developing training and development strategies, working with cross-functional teams in assessing training needs and leading successful training initiatives to drive a strong organisational learning culture. Her forte in guest service and stakeholders engagement has strengthened her ability in delivering effective training and coaching numerous team members. This has greatly impacted the reputation of the organisations she worked in for providing guest as a hallmark of excellence. Her ambition is to continue to help organisations to build strong quality culture with a blend of classrooms and e-learning. During the Covid 19 pandemic, she continued her quest for delivering quality learning through e-platforms. Ginly is passionate about upgrading. She completed her Double Master Degree in December 2021 in the midst of pandemic and work demand. She hopes her learning and acquisition of new knowledge and skills will enhance her professional development and contribute to organisation’s growth.
