Hi, I'm Ginny and I'm passionate about planning weddings on Lake Garda. Let me tell you how I work. You see I'm the kind of person who, if I want a good steak, I don't go to the supermarket; I go to Michele & Alessandro, my local butchers. If I want organic veg I go to the farm shop. If I need a replacement for some gadget I go to my local hardware shop - which is a Tardis I swear! There they have everything tucked away in there and I can show them and ask for the help I need. And so I don't expect to hand my couples a 'ready made' wedding package but something that has been created for them. I want my couples to come to me because they want someone who will listen, who will take on board how they envisage their day, and who will also be their expert and 'go to' person, not just for the wedding but also the local area which is also my home. My couples can express to me what they want for their magical day big or small and, because every dream is different, I will listen to them and guide them to creating a bespoke event that's really about what they want. Being a Wedding Planner suits me perfectly. It combines my love of travel & meeting new people with my need to organise and be helpful. My dear friends often mock me for organising them and making plans but I just can't help it. It's simply part of my nature. Equally I'm very flexible because we all know that the best laid plans can hit a few bumps. The important thing is 'Don't Panic', I look for a solution, a way around, and I never make a drama out of a crisis. As one of my grooms described me in his speech,'there are no problems, only solutions'. Another description of me from one of my brides was 'Ginny, the Wedding Genie'. I just love that. I'm way too tall to be a Tinker Bell but I'm happy and enthusiastic and I love to pull something out of the hat just when it's needed so I really adore that description. I've been told so many times that I have gone above and beyond what my couples were hoping for and I have truly discovered that I absolutely thrive on helping others.
