About Ginny Smith

With over a decade of administrative experience, I provide administrative, legal, and research support to senior-level faculty members at Stanford Law School, one of the world's leading institutions for legal scholarship and education. Additionally, I lead an internal team designing, revising, and reviewing, business operation processes. In addition to my administrative and research duties, I also lead and participate in several initiatives to improve communication, productivity, and efficiency across the university. I am a co-program lead of the Stanford Administrative Champions (SAC); a multi-department team of administrative staff that supports, enhances, and grows the admin experience and builds a strong administrative community across all Stanford campuses and remote locations. I am also a core representative (and former Chair) of the Team for Improving Productivity at Stanford (TIPS), a group coordinating bimonthly meetings and forums for university staff to seek information and provide feedback on new processes, programs, and services. My mission is to support others and improve productivity in higher education, leveraging my skills in business operations process improvement, employee engagement, and project planning.
