About Gino Polizzotto

Gino Polizzotto is a founding partner and CEO of 3RE Partners. He also serves as the managing partner of real estate development for the firm. Gino, based in New York City, has over 30 years of senior executive project management experience, leading large teams through complex projects from concept through construction. His expertise includes multifamily residential, hospitality, mixed-use, industrial and retail projects nationally. He aims to achieve the highest return on costs by managing design, construction, and revenue opportunities. Prior to forming 3RE Partners in 2019, Gino founded our parent company Polizzotto Development, LLC in 2006, where he currently serves as CEO. Prior to forming Polizzotto Development and 3RE, he served as Executive Director of Design and Construction for Thomas Properties Group, Inc, where he oversaw new development and all tenant improvements in a vast 15 million square foot "Class A" national office property portfolio. Gino managed the ARCO Plaza's $125M transformation into City National Plaza in Los Angeles and the Joe Serna Jr. CalEPA HQ project in Sacramento, California. The latter is a 1M square foot, 25-story build-to-suit for the California Environmental Protection Agency, which was the first state project to participate in the US Green Building Council's LEED-EB Pilot Program. The building was certified Platinum Level, making it one of the most efficient LEED projects in the nation at the time. Prior to joining TPG in Gino was Project Manager at Lehrer McGovern Bovis, and before that he spent five years practicing as an associate architect in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Gino earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Kansas and chairs the Advisory Board Advancement Committee there. Prior to relocating to New York City, he was active in the Los Angeles AIA Chapter and Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce organizations, where he has been honored for his participation in several committees.
