Hi! I’m Gio Prananda, an English Literature graduate from Universitas Brawijaya. My university years were filled with organizational and social activities in BEM, DPM, and various community programs. These experiences sharpened my communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities, and became the starting point of my passion for customer service. Supporting people, solving problems, and creating meaningful interactions felt natural to me. Professionally, that passion continued to grow. I built a strong foundation in customer service and was honored to be recognized three times as Best Agent during my role as a Digital Interaction Specialist at First Media (@firstmediacares). Working in a high-volume, fast-paced digital environment enhanced my ability to handle diverse customer needs with clarity, empathy, and consistency. I am committed to fostering a customer-centric culture through proactive problem-solving, effective communication, and continuous improvement. With adaptability and a strong service mindset, I strive to create positive impact in every role I take on.
