I am a R&D Engineer with the Physical Design Research group in imec, working on Design Technology Co-Optimization (DTCO) of advanced technology nodes. I have a Master degree in electronic engineering and a Ph.D. from Tyndall National Institute (University College Cork) on 2-Dimensional Semiconductors. I have been involved in several areas in the field of semiconductor process and characterization. Trained on several material characterization techniques (AFM, SEM, FIB and TEM), I am proficient on the electrical characterization of prototype devices (MOSFET, MOSCAP, TLMs, diodes) as well as TCAD modeling (Sentaurus Synopsys).
