I am a professional with a background in fermentation and chemical processes. I have experience in various roles,starting as a lab technician and progressing to a production management position in biocatalyst, monomers, and polymer emulsions manufacturing for oil and gas and water treatment applications. EXPERIENCE (nov 2015-dec 2022) Columbia Holding SRL, Italy / Palladio industries,Temple(TX) – Bio-Chemical Manufacturing Oversee daily site operations including production, quality control, process improvement and logistics for the Palladio Industries site in Temple, TX (capacity: tons per year of monomers, and tons per year of polymer emulsions). • Supervise the production of bioacrylamide and polyacrylamide emulsion (application: oil and gas, friction reduction and water treatment). • Plan the weekly production based on sales requirements. • Coordinate the operational staff, 15 employees (shifts, permits, overtime, personal evaluation, definition of salary increases). • Plan and implement process improvements and optimizations, analyzing the management objectives and the feedback from the quality control. • Monitor productions results, define KPIs and issued weekly reports to the management. • Prepare the technical specifications and plan the procurement of chemical raw materials. • Coordinate hazardous chemicals inbound logistics • Manage the QC laboratory, prepare the technical specification and plant the procurement of analytical instruments. • Perform quality control tests on raw materials and finished products (viscosity, density, turbidity, active polymer, residual polymer, charge, pH, residual analysis, dry weight, water inversion tests, friction loops, etc.). •Manage claims to suppliers and from customers. •Handled emergencies. R&D - QC Scale up of bacterial in a sterile environment (from 20L to 35Treactor). Perform research and development activity on the industrial application of a bacterial strain for bioacrylamide production, subsequently finalized to a patent, production capacity T/year. Scale up of polymer synthesis finalized to water treatment and oil & gas application. • Preparation of crops and media, monitoring of bacterial growth, processing in sterile environment. • Preparation and characterization of polyacrylamide emulsion. • Optimization of the existing storage and transport conditions to ensure the product guaranteed performance. • Coordination of laboratory resources, definition of production priorities. • Issue of quality certificates (COA) on biocatalyst and polymer
