My experience concerns in thin film deposition with magnetron sputtering techniques and cathodic arc sources and in the analysis of thin films deposited by PVD. During my works I have deposited a lot of metallic material, superconductor (like Nb, YBCO), oxide and nitride (with reactive magnetron sputtering). My experience concerns, also, in design and construction of ultra high vacuum system, process chambers and in engineering of plasma sources like ion gun, sputtering sources and cathodic arc sources.
