International Facilitator and Trainer with 30-year experience, inter-cultural exposure, both strategic and operational "hands-on". Line and staff managerial experiences as well as consulting ones matured in multinational and private companies (Pharma, Medical Device, Packaging, Telecommunication, Security, Cement, Automotive, Oil & Gas). LSS Master Black Belt certified; and certified for designing and facilitating workshops with the Lego® Serious Play® method. WHAT I DO I facilitate the Executive Management Teams workshops- to execute the company strategy through a coherent initiatives portfolio generation- to solve complex problems through teamwork- to implement transformation initiatives- to generate innovation initiatives, reducing efforts and resistance to change facing the emotional side of people, and increasing results speed achievement and their consistency overtime by structured approaches. I train C-Levels, Professionals and field people on- Operational Excellence- Project Sponsorship and Leadership- Lean-Six Sigma methodologies- Problem Solving, and I act as program/project Coach for program/project Sponsors and Leaders. HOW I GET THINGS DONE I am used to perform a mix of hard and soft methodologies at the same time-a whole-system approach that involves people in the process of discovery, decision and implementation-Lego® Serious Play® method for insights discovery, communication improvements, cultural barriers break, thoughts facilitation-“Business and Operating Models” design for effective lean organizations coherent with the strategies-"Strategy Execution" methodologies to translate strategic goals into transformation projects as well as coherent actionable continuous improvement activities-Lean Six Sigma methodology to ensure day-to-day consistent improvements overtime.
